Hi! My name is Michael and I’m the founder of the Green Drone Lab. I’m a dad of two boys (1 and 5) living in the suburb of Copenhagen known as Skovlunde in Denmark.

I’m an engineer in software and hardware and has a PhD in self-repairing hardware which I did in collaboration with NASAs Jet Propulsion Lab. Since then I’ve co-founded various startups the most succesful of which is Corti.ai (AI for 112s) which I got out of in 2019 to work on the climate. One of the companies I’ve started is Green Drone Lab which merges my passion for technology, AI and drones with climate.

I’ve played around with drones since 2015 mainly as a hobby, but during the course of 2023 I realised how important drones will be for the climate. So as 2023 ran out I decided to launch this small consultancy business helping clients in sectors that are important for the climate to optimise their operations.
